How often do you spray roses?

To keep your rose bushes as healthy as possible, the main rule to remember is ‘prevention is better than cure’. Preventing the build-up of pest, insects and diseases on the rose bush by spraying them on a regular basis should keep them healthy. This should be done about every 15 days from the stage they start producing good healthy foliage after the winter prune and up until the end of their growing season.  If the rose bushes get a big infestation of pest, insects and diseases you may need to spray more frequently. Most importantly, always carefully read all the instructions in relation to the sprays you are going to apply.
